i read what happened w/ the whole copyright infringement deal from your vox... sorry to hear about that. im glad you registered your designs. that's CLEARLY original work, w/ all the beady eyes and chibiness and lack of mouth and stuff :P so the other party has absolutely NO idea of what they're talking about in defense for their "merch"... it's crystal clear that it's stealing (i oughta know, im a design major too)

if worse came to worst, you can pull some legal action O_O seriously, though.

Eh, anyway, I read what happened with your chibis...I'd also call that 'stealing' because they look exactly the same. If everyone can draw chibis, why can't they draw them differently? It's good you registered them. Gambatte!
